Architecture Design Competition 2023

First established in 2014, the Sansusī music festival has been held each year in Latvia and sought to create the world’s first alternative chamber music festival. It brings together classical music with all the excitement, adventure, and freedom of a typical rock festival. The festival’s non-traditional venue and unconventional forms provide a unique opportunity to construct the “stomach” of the festival. The proposed design includes two building methods; stacked and simple framing, which serve as homes for three vendors, a storage facility, a partially covered dining area, and an outdoor courtyard.
